What is your Return Policy?

We're mindful of your privacy and operate a no-questions-asked 30 day return policy. As long as it's within 30 days of receipt of package, pack up your return, slap on a label of your choice, and we'll gladly refund the full amount you paid for the item or offer you an exchange. It's up to you!

Please note that although we offer a full refund on items that have not been washed or worn and have the original tags attached, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

For items returned past the 30 day mark, there will be a 30% restocking fee. So be mindful of the calendar, folks!

Please note: Items returned past 6 months of the purchase date will not be refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please note: We can not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been embroidered.

How long does it take to process my return?

We're fast. You can expect to see your refund 1 week from the time we get your package.

What is your Exchange Policy?

If you choose to do an exchange, know that original shipping and processing charges are nonrefundable. We will, however, send your exchange with no additional shipping and processing charges.

Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your exchange. It can then take an additional 5-7 business days for your credit card company to credit your account.

How do I go about making a return or exchange?

If you checked out as an account holder:

Sign into your account and navigate to the My Orders and Returns option on the My Account menu. Select the order from which you wish to return items and click the Return Item(s) option. Follow the prompts and your return will be completed in no time.

If you checked out as a guest:

Select the Help menu from the top of any page and select the Returns option. A pop-up will appear where you will enter your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email, along with your email address. Proceed to follow the prompts for a hassle free returns experience.

Regardless of your checkout method, please give us a ring if you'd like to arrange for an exchange. You can reach us at 732.719.8600. This phone call will ensure that you receive free shipping on your new order, along with any promotions or discounts you may have originally used.

Amazon Customers:

If your order was placed through Amazon, please refer to Amazon's website for all returns and exchanges.

Who's the lucky recipient of my return?

Good question! Now pay attention. Please do not return items to the address on your package mailing label. We will be unable to refund you for your order if it is shipped back to the manufacturer instead of to our returns department at the address below.

What can't I return?

Well, there's a list:
1. Embroidered items
2. Items which were worn
3. Items missing labels, hang-tags or not in original packaging
4. Items which were laundered
5. Items which were damaged. (Beware of angry pets and bored siblings!)
6. Footwear showing visible wear
7. Items with hair or deoderant stains
8. Items on clearance

So what can I return?

Anything not on the above list.

What if it's not an even exchange?

It's simple math. We'll refund the price difference if you choose a cheaper item, and request additional payment should you choose a more expensive item.

Simply include the best number to reach you at on the return/exchange form, and we'll get in touch with you as soon as we receive your package.

What if my order comes in (gasp) wrong?

Then we suggest you call us ASAP at (732) 719-8600, or shoot us an e-mail. We'll be on your case in no time!

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have an MSC account, simply log in to check the status of your order. If you don't (yet!) have an account, don't worry, you can still get up to the minute info by entering your email address and order number. Do yourself a favor, though, and make an account today!
